This house built from Caen stone with exposed beams and fireplace has a nice picture window overlooking a Sout-WEST facing terrasse. You will be ideally situated to visit Caen and its surroundings or to make the most of the beaches on the Côte de Nacre (the Pearly Coast).
This is a detached house near the owners' house. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, lounge area, sofa, fireplace, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double), shower room with toilet. Electric heating. washing machine. Dishwasher. TV. Shared enclosed grounds. Set of garden furniture.
