The house is located along the roadside but the terrace is facing south and you will reach Caen and Bayeux in 20 minutes. For children, the Sirena Aquatic Center and the Festyland Leisure Park are 10 minutes away.

Attic floor: 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90cm) and a baby room (cot and cot). Shared washing machines and dryers are available to owners with direct access from the outside. Sheets provided and heating included. Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and children's hut. In the property: orchards, sheep and chickens, children's games (trampoline, above ground pool).
